R. v. F.Z. – August 2021
Unlawfully In a Dwelling House
Our client was alleged to have entered the basement suite of another individual and exposed his genitalia to her. We provided proof that our client was suffering from some mental health concerns and that he had engaged in counselling. We argued to Crown Counsel that there was a legal issue of whether the client had the intention to complete the allegation at the time. Crown Counsel agreed to resolve the matter with a peace bond.
