R. v. P.T. – July 2021

Our client was charged with Driving Without Due Care and Attention when he was involved in a fatal accident with a motorcyclist. The evidence consisted of accident reconstruction and police simulations to recreate the conditions of the incident. We argued to Crown Counsel that our client had not acted negligently but that the incident was an unfortunate accident. Crown Counsel dropped the charges just before trial.
