R. v. R. H. – September 2023

Our client was alleged to have caused a disturbance when he was captured on video swearing at random drivers and hitting their vehicles with his fist. We argued that when police attended, they unlawfully arrested him and their actions escalated the mental health incident our client was suffering. Crown agreed to a conditional discharge.
