R. v. Z.T. – February 2022

Out client was accused of sexually assaulting his ex-partner. We cross examined the complainant at trial and established gaps in her memory of the evening of the incident and argued that her evidence was affected by alcohol use and ulterior motives due to an ongoing family law matter.
