R. v. S.W. – March 2021

Our client was alleged to be involved in the drug trade and police seized their vehicle and cash from their residence. We provided evidence to lawyers for the RCMP that our client suffered from significant health conditions that required the use of the vehicle and successfully argued for its return. Later we successfully applied through court for the return of the cash.
