R. v. H.G. and B.G. – October 2023

The Crown proceeded with charges against two family members alleged to have stolen approximately $1,400 from a department store. Our lawyers were able to represent both co-accused to reduce their legal fees and convinced Crown to drop the charges against them. Specifically, our lawyers highlighted the severe immigration consequences our client's would face.
