R. v. C.T. – October 2024

Our client was charged with historical sexual interference allegations. Through skilled cross examination our lawyer established both that the complainant had no memory of many corroborating details but did have a very clear memory that one incident happened at the residence of our client by no later than 2010. We raised defence evidence that proved our client did not live at that location until late 2011. Our client was acquitted after trial.
