Robbery and Assault with a Weapon

Our client was alleged to have participated in a brutal assault and robbery involving bear spray outside a sky train station. After cross examination the complainant agreed that he could not identify our client as the assailant. The complainant’s items were found on our client during a search incidental to arrest. Our client provided evidence that he found the items on the street but did not participate in any assault. Judge accepted this evidence and acquitted our client.
