R.C. – 90 Day IRP Fail – May 2023

Driving prohibition revoked after we successfully argued that our client did not have care or control of the vehicle despite being found asleep in the driver’s seat of the vehicle with the ignition running. We also raised issues about the reliability of the approved screening device that was used at the roadside.
