After a car accident, one of the parties was approached by the other and sprayed with bear spray.  The license plate identified the vehicle as our client’s spouse and the victim picked our client out of a photo lineup.  He was arrested and charged with the above offences.  Crown would not drop the charges despite errors in the police procedures that were pointed out to them.  We set the matter for trial.  After further contact with the Crown, they finally agreed that there wasn’t a likelihood of a conviction.  The charges were dropped.

RESULT: no trial, no criminal record, no conditions.
