Janeen did her undergraduate studies at the University of Victoria majoring in Sociology and graduating with distinction in 2006. She then attended Touro Law School on Long Island, New York and graduated in 2009. Janeen was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2010 and continues to hold that admission. Janeen went on to compete all NCA accreditation and articled with Sicotte and Henry, practicing solely in the area of criminal defense before being called to the B.C. Bar in 2012. Janeen then worked as an Agent for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada as a Federal Prosecutor, successfully prosecuting a number of Federal Offences and also worked briefly at Quay Law Center focusing her practice on Family Law.
Janeen has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia as well as the state level in New York. Janeen’s variety of experience as well as naturally compassionate nature has made her a well-regarded and respected counsel.
