Sicotte and Henry

In this case our client was facing a serious charge for breaking the jaw of the other participant in this encounter.  The incident was captured on video which was played in court.  Through cross-examination we elicited evidence that the victim was a willing participant in the "assault". We also successfully argued that even though there was a broken jaw, this was a consequence that was unintended from the punch that was thrown.  The case against our client was dismissed
