Description: 

Our client set this matter for trial in Traffic Court on his own.  When we were retained, we demanded of the police full disclosure. None was provided until the trial date, so we succeeded in getting the trial adjourned.  Then we brought on an application seeking to have the charges thrown out as it took too long to get to trial.  The Prosecutor dropped all the charges.
