Description: 

The Client together with his wife was charged with fraud from her employer involving a breach of trust.  After discussions with the Prosecutor about the weaknesses in the Prosecution's case, the Crown prosecutor agreed to refer the client to an Alternative Measures program.  Upon his completion of an essay and apology letter, the Crown agreed to the charges being dismissed in this fashion.
