Sicotte and Henry

Our client was charged with breaking into someone's home and assaulting them within the home (commonly called a 'Home Invasion').  After my meeting with the Prosecutor before the trial date and pointing out discrepancies in the witness statements, the Prosecution agreed that instead of proceeding with a two day trial, they would drop all criminal charges against our client in exchange for our client agreeing to a 9 month peace bond (a court order to keep the peace and stay away from the complainant).
