Sicotte and Henry

Our client was stopped at a police road block in Vancouver, failed the roadside test and, at the police station, blew double the legal limit.  Under detailed cross-examination, the constable with 25 years experience, made admissions regarding lack of important detail in his notes.  The trial judge found that he could not safely conclude the relevant section of the Criminal Code had been complied with.  Both charges were dismissed.
