Our client was charged with threatening a tenant and assaulting him with a hammer.  We contested the charges and set the matter for trial.  We negotiated with the Prosecutor on behalf of our client to have him enter into a peace bond should the Prosecutor drop the charges.  The Prosecutor agreed, leaving our client without a criminal record.
